Rebecca is a Perth-based occupational therapist with 5+ years of clinical experience supporting children and young people across neurodevelopmental, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities. She brings a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to every engagement.

Functional Capacity Assessment reports delivered within 10 business days of assessment — detailed, NDIS-ready, and written with support coordinators in mind.
Available for FIFO Contracts — PeppermintOT is available for fly-in fly-out therapy contracts. Get in touch to discuss scheduling and arrangements.
Plan Managed and Self Managed participants only. PeppermintOT is an unregistered NDIS provider. Services are charged at $193.99/hr in line with the NDIS Price Guide.

No — PeppermintOT is an unregistered NDIS provider. Services are available to Plan Managed and Self Managed participants only. Agency Managed participants will need to work with a registered provider.
An FCA evaluates a participant's ability to carry out everyday activities. The resulting report documents functional strengths and limitations to help support coordinators, planners, and the participant themselves identify appropriate NDIS supports and funding. Reports are practical, clearly written, and structured for NDIS use.
Reports are delivered within 10 business days of the assessment appointment. If your client has an upcoming plan review or a time-sensitive need, mention it when you get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Yes — all services are available via telehealth, making PeppermintOT accessible to participants across Australia regardless of location. In-person assessments in Perth, WA can be arranged where clinically appropriate.
